If you like a clean room, a working TV and a working shower, find a different hotel.

When we arrived to our room, the sheets were disgusting. There was hair all over the sheets, obviously the linens were not changed between guests. There are two other major issues here: 1) the TV doesn't... work. If you want to watch TV, forget it. There are NO channels that come in except for the Orlando Universal advertising channel. Waste of time to watch that. 2) The shower door is not installed correctly and it slides open when showering. The shower door stays open the entire time.

We usually stay at the Aventura but decided to try the newest hotel. This is now our go to. We spend all our time in the park so we can’t comment on pool or other facilities. But the rooms are nice, beds c...omfy and everything is very new and clean. My adult son and I share a room - the layout is nice in that there is privacy in the sink area (not just the space with the toilet and shower) so it was easy to get ready. The decor was fun. We needed the EV charging which only had 1 station working - a problem with the charging company not the hotel - but the staff did everything they could to help us.
