Arrived at the hotel. Both my daughter and I are disabled, she in a wheelchair me suffering from MS. 1st off we asked for help with luggage. Oh we don’t help will do it for you as an exception. Check in e...xceedingly slow . Then man bought us a luggage cart. Now bearing in mind we are Not able to walk/push anything. Again drilled into us this was an exception with help pushing it. Suite ok beds uncomfortable, little storage space. Then there was the bathroom with a brown stain on the floor . Ugh. Walls thin. Upstairs kids running around til about 10 am. Lots of shrieking in corridor as well Then on to housekeeping which was appalling. Had to ask for room to be serviced as by 3pm it had not. Today as I sit here waiting for it to be serviced again I have been told 3 different times. No one wants to take responsibility. So please management do not respond by saying I should bring it to your attention as a). You do listen, b) queues too long for disabled person to stand and wait in line to talk to you. Do not visit
Good choice

We stayed in a 6th floor room for five nights. We didn't have a great view, so a first floor room would have been much more convenient and preferable, but we didn't know all that at check-in. Staff texted... during a couple of days asking if we needed anything. We received extra towels a couple of times. The food at Pier 8 is pretty good. I recommend the chopped Italian sandwich. We hit the pizza button on the phone one night for dinner. The wait was 1.5 hours, but it was good. The pool isn't very deep, but it is well kept and the sand beach is fun. The ride to City Walk and Universal isn't very long and the busses come regularly. One of the elevators was down for the first four nights of our stay and check in took a little while because we didn't have access to mobile checkin ahead of time. Definitely do that if you have the option. The on-site gift shop has some nice items.
