I have so few good things to say about this place. Pillows and beds were the worst I’ve slept in. Housekeeping took two days to clean our room, beach had garbage all over, pools were freezing except the to...ddler pool. Food was overpriced and below average. Maintenance man let himself into our room while we were in it. Worst of all, the employees were SO rude - I mean to the point where they blatantly ignore you, move at the pace of a snail and don’t look at you while speaking. Pretty much ruined the Bahamas for us.

Great resort. Amazing restaurants. Nice pools. The Baha Bay pool was our favorite. Have to reserve ahead of time. Restarant reservations are a must and have to be canceled within 24 hrs, so that scramble ...wasn't fun but loved everything else!
