Absolutely amazing place. The resort is incredible, staff is super helpful and there is a ton of stuff to do. The food, the activities and the beach make this an excellent destination. Definitely recomm...end!! And with the water park, this a great place for kids too.

Experience was average at best. Staff was inattentive and borderline rude. Every request was as if it was an inconvenience. Resort is too bag and the layout is extremely challenging for families with young...er kids (7 and under), especially those traveling with strollers, LOTS of stairs. For the price that you pay you’d expect a certain level of experience. The experience did not at all match the price tag.

great property - good restos - casino is very nice dealers friendly - everyone is very nice generous here - expensive by have to expect this in bahamas. Beach is fantastic - Baha Bay club is great and you ...get food and bev credit with the chair fee. Big Jazz/Blues club on site. dont have to leave the resort only con: Blu rewards system is broken - can't signin online to see room offers such as Wynn or Atlantis so impossible to book rooms with comps.

The resort is beautiful, however, the service was disappointing. We would wait for over an hour to get an umbrella at the beach. When we asked for an umbrella they would say it was windy and would avoid me.... It was a chore and stressor to find someone to put an umbrella up. We checked at Rosewood on the “windy” days, and they had their umbrellas set up. Not sure why there would not be wind in their area. The staff did not want to help and when I asked for an umbrella at the front they said the beach manager would call me. They never called back and when I mentioned to the front desk that Rosewood had umbrellas on the "windy" days, they agreed it was not right but did nothing about it. For this reason we could not enjoy the beach. I would not recommend this resort.

Excellent Experience ! Kerron & Stony & the Entire Staff was TOP NOTCH ! My Mom's 90th Birthday Celebration was Very Special - The Pool & the Cabanas / Drift Pools were excellent I would recommend it to... anyone - great grounds - restaurants - & casino experience were excellent
