Great pool experience

Marcia was so helpful with booking cabanas for the week! 10/10 experience! Every morning we went out and our chairs were ready for us with covers and towels. She was always there to answer any questions we had. Thank you Marcia for all your help.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. The numerous amenities provided options for all. We particularly loved the cabana staff and amenities. Richard and team made sure we had everything we needed for a lovely and luxurious pool experience. We also enjoyed the Jazz Club showcasing bands/artists. Such an eclectic touch to the evenings. Overall, kids and adults in our crew were thrilled and we can’t wait to return!
Family visit in December

The Bahamas are wonderful for some warmer weather and nice beach. There are several silly rules, excessive sales people and upgrade areas. Water park was great for the family! Meals and beverages are very expensive and poor quality. Room should've been better designed and taken care of for the price.

Wonderful vacation. Everyone is friendly and professional. Great safety, cleanliness and attentiveness. High quality restaurants. Big shout out to Valencia at the Reserve for her helpfulness. Had three rooms and everyone enjoyed their time.
Hotel cancelled my booking before payment was due

Booked with booking.com which offered free cancellation until 26 Dec had flights all booked as stopping off in Orlando first, received a message from booking.com to tell me booking was cancelled on 18 December! Contacted hotel who were able to pass me through to booking,com who told me hotel had cancelled booking, rang back to hotel who were no help at all and said it had nothing to do with them! But received a call from my bank who told me the hotel had tried to process a payment from front desk which they declined as thought was fraudulent. The hotel was no help at all and blamed booking.com and were unable to offer me another booking as full but I had the proof that the hotel cancelled from the bank!!
