Definitely not a 4 star!

The rating for this resort needs to be changed to a 3 at best. Rooms are super old and outdated, electrical issues. Resort food was so sub par. We lower our food expectations for mexico but this was really... not good. Bad combos of foods that people clearly were not eating. Anything good like chips and quacomole at the buffet went fast and werenot restocked. Specialty restaurants were ok but nothing was great. Overall i would rate the food 2/10. Not enough staff. Cleaning of rooms is so late in the day. Would not recommend this resort! So disappointing.

Alfredo at the pool bar is excelente, he’s very understanding to the people. Ask him for his special! It’s so good !!! Also ask him for a good tequila if you don’t know a good tequila to take there ! Also ...ask him for recommendations he’s very knowledgeable on those ! But Most of all he’s he’s very skillful in the pool bar !
