Great food and drinks. Fun and relaxing atmosphere. Ocean front property. But what makes this place the best is its staff! The wait staff is amazing!! Shout out to our breakfast staff at Velas - Norma & Me...drardo are incredible! They get to know you and pay attention; they will have you spoiled in no time! At the pool, make sure to find Alfredo’s section; he will take care of you all day long! Our favorite dinner dining experience is a tie - La Luce and Sunan. At La Luce, Edgar was fantastic and so friendly. And Rodrigo’s pizza is killer!! Lastly, Brayan created the perfect experience for us at Sunan. The fitness and entertainment crews are also excellent. And shout out to Oscar at the bar lobby! These folks are here busting it 6 days a week, and I am telling you, they are what makes this resort a success! Make sure to show them some love too!

This was our second visit to the Hilton Vallarta Riviera and won’t be our last. The ocean view was spectacular. The rooms clean and comfortable and the food very good. The real high point of our stay, a...s before, was the service. All of the staff, from the check- in desk to room service were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. A special shoutout to Christian and Danial at pool side service as well as Esmeralda and Isela at the Vella food hall. Staff members like these will bring us back.
