Alec was awesome. Food and atmosphere were great. Will go back next time we visit. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We got in and were welcomed and well received. The food options were good and fit wh...at we expected. Daughter spilled her drink two times but was no issue. They acted like nothing happened and made her feel better.
Customer service sorely lacking...

This last trip was somewhat of a disappointment even though it was not that busy the first 2 wks of Dec. The spa was not warm enough and the adult pool was not heated. Brrr! The unit furniture looked very... used and the bedspread appeared quite frayed. Most importantly, we got a respiratory illness that lasted one whole week of the 2 weeks we were there and asked the concierge to call a Dr for us. The Dr came to the room..she was from the Hoya Hosptal clinic nearby. She was very nice and gave us prescriptions we were able to fill at the Sunset market pharmacy., expensive but so convenient. Later when we felt better, I wondered why the concierge staff at Paradise Village never inquired about our health...absolutely crickets from them. And no nice "Have a nice return trip home!" or anything like that either. Just gave us the closing ticket and that was all. On previous trips they were so much nicer so I'm not sure if I want to stay there again. Customer service is lacking for sure at least it was in our experience.
