Please note the following enhancement projects that are upcoming at Paradise Village, Beach Resort & Spa.
Beginning May 12 through November 15, 2024, some guest rooms will be undergoing enhancements. (Completion date subject to change). The alligator’s water slides at the main pool area and the main pool will be under renovation from August 25th to October 12th, 2024. Renovation work will only be conducted during business hours on weekdays.
Every effort will be made to minimize noise and disturbance.

Far exceeded expectations!

We booked at Paradise Village based on reviews and their website - it was our first time to Mexico, and obviously our first trip to this area and resort. We were a little apprehensive before we arrived as to whether it would be like the website/reviews - and it was - in fact, it far exceeded all expectations that we had. An absolutely stunning location, beautifully kept grounds, and very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Food quality and variety was amazing. We did the all inclusive plan, and it was well worth it - not least from the point of view, that my family could have what they wanted, when they wanted, without having to worry about the money which improved the enjoyment of the vacation no end! My family loved the birds that they have at the resort - they are very well cared for, and it was a privilege meeting Daisy (tiger), and learning more about her story. A truly wonderful stay.

We love this resort right on the ocean. The condos are well equipped. The staff are very friendly, especially our waiter on the beach, Sergio!! He’s the very best! The resort offers a variety of restaurants to chose from if you choose not to do all inclusive. There’s a well stocked grocery store just a short walk away. The Spa Palenque was fabulous. Absolutely gorgeous with a variety of treatments and facilities to relax in luxury.
