Amazing resort!

This resort is truly gorgeous, it feels brand new although it was built in 2019. The hotel room was incredible. We had a one bedroom suite which to our surprise had 2 full bathrooms!! We also had a washer ...and dryer in our suite as well which came in handy. We had the all inclusive package and definitely felt it was worth it for the amount we ate and drank. We really enjoyed eating at the food truck on the beach. The resort wasn’t too far from the airport, about a 30 minute ride. The beach was very nice and clean, and the best part is the WHALES! We were able to see Humpback Whales from the beach, pool, restaurants and our balcony on the 9th floor. Another fascinating thing to watch were the mobula (devil) rays jumping out of the water. One thing we missed out on was the free E-Bike beach tours they offered every morning. We didn’t realize they had them until the day before we left and the next morning was full already so book one when you check in. A small downfall is the pools and hot tub close at 8pm which feels a bit too early, especially for the hot tub. We will definitely come back to this resort again and will bring the kids next time (maybe ??).

We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was quite spacious and well appointed. The food was quite great. The check in process took nearly an hour although they did not have many guests in line. This was un...comfortable as we had children who were waiting for dinner. Our suite had a loud buzzing noise throughout. The maintenance staff said it was a “building noise” that they could not change. When requesting a room change, the management told us the hotel was completely booked, although most restaurants seem to be 20-30% full. I would not book this resort again.
