Great time at the pool!

Zarel and Luis on the pool staff were so wonderful and helpful!! So friendly and hardworking!! The poolside chef, Irene, was a very good cook, so hardworking and her food was delicious! She was working so ...hard all day to keep guests full and satisfied. We appreciated the staff at the pool so much!
Not ready for prime time

This hotel has a lot of potential. Beautiful building and pool. Kind staff. NOT ENOUGH STAFF. Dinner should not take 3 hours due to one person seating people, taking orders, bussing, running food and runn...ing to the bar—all by himself. Stand in line for a drink at the pool due to limited staff. Work for a coffee refill at breakfast due to limited staff. The staff are great and working hard—there’s just not enough staff. For the price the service was very frustrating.
