We have enjoyed our wait staff at Royal Solaris! Capitan, Angel, and Estevan were amazing at the Zai restaurant. The staff at all of the restaurants and for the rooms have been attentive and helpful. The f...ront desk is helpful in making reservations.

Fantastic place for a mini break that doesn’t break the bank. Always friendly, polite staff and new updated rooms. A great deal! Second time back to the Royal Solaris and having a blast. I remembered meet...ing two great staff members a few years ago, Jonathan (breakfast) and Angel. So funny to come back all these years later and see the fame faces. And so amazing to see that Angel had been promoted to Captain. Just had dinner at Zai for our second night with a family of 7 and Angel was very accommodating. Managed to get us in and had a fabulous Chinese dinner. Complements to the chef and the other staff. Esteban was also fantastic. Hustled all night and looked after us along with his other tables. Very good. The Royal Solaris has definitely upped its game from years ago, albeit it was a great budget hotel with lots going for it. Love the beach area too. Very walkable. Would we come back? For sure!! It’s people like Angel and Jonathan working hard and being so accommodating that we’d come back. Thanks fellas. Keep up the good work. And thanks again Angel.
