The rooms were Ok. The resort as a whole seemed a bit rundown needing repairs here & there. Our room attendant/maid was great. The food was so so the pool was ok but not very accessible to those that have difficulty with stairs/big steps. The activities people were fun. When checking in the person we spoke with was very friendly, however when we said no to sitting through their time share presentation (we were there using a different time share why would we want another?) his tune changed & didn’t seem as friendly. The resorts is right on the beach, however due to rough waters & currents you are advised not to go in the water.

Customer service was great at Panchos restaurant, they accommodated us when we forgot to make a reservation. They had a variety of food every night and live entertainment. Restaurant was kid friendly. Servers were very attentive and beautiful decor.
