Overview
Saint Lucia's newest all-inclusive, adults-only, luxury all-suite resort is the Caribbean enclave for discerning romantics. Suites are expansive indoor and outdoor sanctuaries featuring private plunge pools, soaking tubs and glass enclosed rain showers along with custom four-poster mahogany king beds.
Multimillion-dollar upgrades took place in 2024 including updating the Sanctuary Spa, adding private beach cabanas, new decking and seating at the Jerk Treehouse, new coffee shop has been added, updated furnishings at Peter John’s Lounge, new oceanfront spa cabanas, and new tile and decking around the main activity pool.

This is the first time I have ever written a review before I left a property but it is important to anyone looking to know what an exceptional place this is! If you want an outstanding resort, excellent a...ccommodations, "outstanding plus" service and a peaceful and extremely relaxing stay, this is it. There is a butler assigned to every couple - our Butler is Kurt - exceptional in every capacity. I have heard great things about the other butlers but Kurt is tops in my book. An excellent customer focus - making it happen for you person. Kept us informed of the goings on and treated us as family. Kurt made all our reservations and made spot on suggestions on what we might like to do. He was the perfect representative of Serenity. Serenity provides each couple with a butler phone so reaching you butler is 10 seconds or less away. Response time is immediate! The rest of the staff was also outstanding, from the individuals that served the pool area to the persons that cleaned our room. One of the highlights was a server named Sabby - outstanding and had us smiling or laughing every evening. Exceptional interpersonal skills! The rooms are spacious and each has it's own plunge pool - a great place to relax. The main pool is also awesome and the other guests were extremely friendly and engaging. Room service is excellent and there is a food drop off "box" that you can access from inside your personal compound if you want total privacy. There are quality beaches within a 5 minute walk and the Butlers will transport you on a golf cart - there is a bar, restrooms etc - get a cabana they are awesome - and your butler will bring you lunch! Guests have full access to Coconut Bay resort which is across the street. lots of activities, etc. When you go to an all inclusive one always wonders about the food. No shortcuts here. There are several pools and children's play areas and a few good restaurants at the Coconut Bay resort but we found the food at the restaurant a Serenity top quality - a great dinner selection, good wines, outstanding staff. One last thing to note - Serenity Bay is literally 6 minutes from the airport - that beats many of the other island resorts where the drive can be an hour or more on winding roads. My only other recommendation - book directly for 7 days and the resort includes a romance package - it's about $1200 worth of perks including an island tour, pool and beach cabanas, and a special meal. We missed it by two days but I highly recommend it. If your in the US call their US number and ask for Orlando. He knows his stuff. You can also book thru Costco! The management and employees here deserve credit - creating an environment like this is a sign of respect for each guest If you are looking for an exceptional and relaxing experience, you will not be disappointed . .

Kimberley was our Butler on our Honeymoon in December of 2024, and she was AMAZING! From day one she welcomed us with a smile and a fun and joyful personality! We really enjoyed spending time with her and ...felt comfortable asking her for anything. She was quick to accommodate our request and did so with excitement and enthusiasm. We made us feel welcome at Serenity Bay and helped us to relax and have fun as we started our marriage. We hope to go back someday and hope that Kimberley is still working there when we do! We would be so lucky!
