Nice hotel with good facilities and quite location. Staff is excellent, wellcoming and quite helpful. We did ask to be moved to a larger room and they were so nice and accomodating. The older rooms are sma...llish but the new ones are very good and have everything we needed. Nice pool, hot tub and gym. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will come back.

First time skiing Lake Louise and wanted to stay close to the hill. Knew someone who stayed at Lake Louise Inn before and recommended it. We got the room with 2 queen beds and a mini fridge. The room was p...lenty big for two people with ski gear and suitcases. Could imagine fitting 3 people's stuff in the same room without it feeling too packed. Four sets of ski boots and luggage would be a little like Tetris but I think it would still work fine. Restaurant was good. Had the pizza. The hot tubs were welcome. And it's only a five minute drive to the hill. Absolutely nothing to complain about and would book there next time we're skiing Lake Louise.
