Clean, comfortable and beautifully stylish hotel. Staff are friendly and attentive. The beds are super comfortable, and their pastry chef is world class (save the fare to Paris and have a croissant here.......exceptional!) The architecture continually draws your eyes - especially the wing designed by Arthur Ericsson.
Beware of booking conflict that cause noise disturbance

This hotel cares more about greed for their bottom line than their customer’s experience. My husband and I booked the premium Erickson Suite # 551 of this hotel for our 24th wedding anniversary. Everythin...g was going well until the Saturday evening when we return from having dinner to discover that the hotel had booked a wedding dance party in the suite right above us. It was so loud, our experience was compromised. When my husband complained to the management team they were deceitful to him about the duration of when it would end. the wedding party went until 11:00 pm. They told him 10, then 10:30. They didn’t offer us a discount or do anything for our troubles. only an apology. When we checked out the next morning they paid for our parking in the amount of $54. Not equivalent for what we paid to stay in a premium suite that gave us Motel experience. In my opinion it was deplorable. They should not have booked the suite to us knowing the wedding was booked above us, or Perhaps they could have booked it to the bride & groom. Now that would have made more sense.
