Amazing all inclusive experience

5/5 For this hotel. It was clean, close to airport, friendly staff and great food! Did all inclusive and was happy with it. It gave us access to 3 resorts and its restaurants. The drinks were really good unlike typical all inclusive that water drinks down. Nightly shows were nice and late night food available until 1am. I liked the Divi Dutch because it was quiet at night. Also my 1 bedroom suite was amazing!!
Beware: Black Mold

BEWARE…Black Mold in many rooms at the Divi Dutch!!! When we checked in, we seen there was a water leak on the ceiling in our bedroom. Reported this leak several times, finally maintenance came on 3rd day and said someone from outside of DIVi would need to fix it. It was never fixed, and we prayed it wouldn't get any worse. We also found black mold around this leak area next to the removable ceiling tile that seemed to be painted over, but the black mold still managed to seep through. . We asked front desk for a different room, and were told there were no other rooms available. We were there for 2 weeks, only had our unit cleaned 4 times (not very good cleaning-left the dirty towels on bathroom floor and in the shower, never was picked up and trash still left in garbage cans in kitchen and bathroom). Went several days with no clean towels. We called for clean towels and someone would bring some towels a couple of evenings later. We have been members with RCI for close to 20 years, this is the worst resort we have ever stayed at. We stayed other Divi’s in Aruba in the last couple of years, we were shocked at how bad the up keep was with property. I totally agree with about the staff, the front desk was not helpful at all. Other staff not very friendly. On a positive note, the shuttle service was good to and from the other Divi’s.
