This is an update on the construction at The Hilton in Aruba. We were concerned about the construction that other reviewers mentioned. It really wasn’t too bad. We rented the palapa furthest from construct...ion and we never heard a thing. I’m did here it one morning by the pool, but 30 minutes later they started playing music and we couldn’t here the construction anymore. One thing to consider is only one pool was open due to construction, however we never had a problem getting chairs by the pool.

After 14 trips to the Hilton Aruba, I continue to be impressed with the amazing staff and the continual improvements being made to the Hotel. Every time we arrive at the front desk and see Tasha's team, ...I feel my stress fading away! It only gets better when we get to the beach and Marielle's team ensures 'no worries'; whether it's a beautiful Palapa, a cold beer, kayaking, or my favorite, a bike ride to the lighthouse. I thought the Hotel was very nice on our first stay in 2016, but it just keeps getting better. We had an excellent dinner at the newly re-opened Sunset Grille. I recommend outside seating and the Filet Mignon. For those worried about the construction; DON'T. We spent 11 days on the beach and you barely even realize there is construction going on. I can't wait to see our Aruban friends and what else is 'new' when we return in the Fall.
