The Perfect Resort at the Perfect Location. Again, location, location, location. Everything is in walking distance! The time we arrived there was nothing but friendly and excellent service. Alexis helped u...s with our bags, took us to our room and explained everything to us. HE WELCOMED US HOME! The entire staff is phenomenal but my wife and I have to give the most kudos to RIANGELO! Nothing but pleasantness and smiles. I loaded him with questions about where to eat and what sites we need to go, He answered all of our questions with cheer and a smile! The resort is just PERFECT! From the infinity pool and beach, to the new fitness center (Yes, I did work out for a few minutes!) to the best wings this side of heaven from 5 o’Clock somewhere. This is definitely one of our top Caribbean vacations and will be a REPEAT!

Absolutely loved this resort for our honeymoon! The adult marina side was the place to be and we spent all day, everyday at Renaissance Island. We spent 4 days here and the whole staff is incredible. Jenni...fer on the beach always took care of us with any food/drinks with our all-inclusive plan. The flamingos wander throughout flamingo & iguana beach, and there are plenty of photo opportunities if you get food early in the morning (quarters needed) and be patient. We don’t recommend the nature walk to the lookout on the island unless you have head-to-toe bug spray. Our hotel room was incredibly clean and we ate at the Aquarius seafood buffet almost every night. We will be back!

This is my 3rd year in a row at this resort and fourth trip and I love it! The staff are unlike any other - they know everyone and if they don't, they still make you feel like family. This year, both Rolan...d and Petronila (Petra) from the towel hut went above and beyond. There were always clean towels, help with chairs, blowing up floaties, etc. And there was always a smile. Their job is to make sure guests have a good experience and both Petra and Roland knock it out of the park! Also, the location of the resort is close to local restaurants (non-touristy), local and luxury shopping, and more. There is also a private island exclusively for guests, Flamingo Island and it's an amazing way to spend a day.

I love this resort! We went two years in a row, and brought even more people with us the second year. The resort is immaculate, clean, delicious food, perfect amenities. We love taking the boat to the isla...nd as well as renting a cabana for the day. Great place to snorkel, relax, eat, drink. Can’t think of a single negative. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you and see you next year!

Incredible day on the private island. Wonderful room upgrade as well. The bellman was amazing when we arrived and helped with luggage and car. He was also so helpful when we returned from the island and ge...tting luggage to our room. Can’t wait to come back!
