We were at the Tamarijn side of the Divi last week and it was excellent. 20 minutes from the airport, our room was clean - I loved the lighting and the balcony. Pools, bars and restaurants were plentiful a...t both. The beach at the Divi was better than the Tamarijn but the golf shuttles were always coming by. The music at night in the main lobby at each resort was good. All the restaurants were very acceptable, limited and not exactly gourmet, but good - you can’t go wrong with the all inclusive. We did the e-bike and snorkeling excursion. Zev and Donnie were GREAT we saw soooo many sea turtles! Looking forward to going back!

The food, beach and spa were amazing. For the price I expected a stocked frig, room service, service on the pool/beach, even an iron and board would have been nice. The resort is on the boring side. It gav...e a vibe of a senior living/ retirement home. It’s on the lesser diverse side too. Not my type of place to vacation. I will not be returning.

This resort was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful beach with plenty of space it never felt overly crowded. Nicest beach on island, close to palm beach, Renaissance etc by taxi. I found the resort... perfect for relaxing and for all inclusive I thought the food was pretty good. We did make reservations 2 days ahead on app for dinner. Also went to Palm beach and the old man in the sea which was awesome. The hotel is laid back not fancy but perfect for a relaxing Caribbean vacation, We will definitely be back with family and friends.

Just got back from a week long family vacation. The beach was amazing and clean. The restaurants are great! Good selection, but the buffet gets old real quick. I wished there was an option for sit down lun...ch (resturant) just to allow for a place to cool off during the day and not have to wait in the buffet lines. We stayed in the newly renovated ocean view rooms and upon arrival our room was dirty. The shower was gross, I had to wear my flip flops. Clumps of hair and dried up shaving cream. The floors were filthy. I even had to kill a cockroach in our bathroom the 3rd day in. Everyday we had to go find housekeeping to get toilet paper and more than 2 towels. We tried calling housekeeping/front desk to request these items but it was constantly busy (at all hours). I spoke to the front desk to inform them of the issue and they assured it would be taken care of and it wasn’t. For what you’re paying to stay there you should not have to ration toilet paper to ensure you made it through the night and not have any shampoo or soap. The bathroom also smelled like sewage (we were told this was an issue in the island), but as the week went on the smell was just gross! The majority of staff was almost bothered to be working and came across as rude (the exception was the resturant staff, all of which were very pleasant and amazing). Not much going on if you have kids, no hourly activities and not a lot of things to explore within a quick walk. The pools were clean but nothing great, no swim up bars. If you’re looking for a low key vibe with so so unclean rooms, mostly rude staff, very little entertainment, but that is located on a stunning beach and has some good restaurants this is your place! One additional note if you think you’re trying to be helpful and bring back towels that you have picked up along the way as well as cups be prepared for an attitude.

A special shout out to Tanise with housekeeping in Vista bldg #1. The housekeeping staff works very hard and are extremely under appreciated. Please tip the people that work “behind the scenes” to keep you...r room clean and stocked and say hello to them, they’re just nice people trying to make a living. The concierge service was outstanding. Shirley-Ann, Genesis and Jennifer always had a smile and had great info and helped schedule dinner reservations. The buffet still had our favorite helpers. Jasorick, Xiomara, Mary, Robert, David, Vanessa and Johan always treated us like family. Jacinta made the absolute best breakfast juice concoctions. Good variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bartenders poured great drinks and were lots of fun. Shout outs to Chino, Jorell and Robertico. The food at Paprazzi was outstanding! Doris, Juliette and Richard made sure we were taken care of like royalty. Idol at Club Margot bartended and wait tables like a champ. Overall another wonderful stay at Divi Aruba. The close proximity to everything, the staff, the safety of Aruba and the beach keeps us coming back four years running.
