First time In Aruba beautiful time of the year to come weather was amazing staff was supper friendly restaurants and food are amazing recommend having dinner on the beach and doing excursions and make sure you ask for Jose he is the best bartender there is

By far the best hotel in Aruba. I can’t brag enough about the staff they are so friendly and so attentive. Jose is the best!! We will definitely be back multiple times as this if my second time here!!! The island is so beautiful I couldn’t ask for more September is a great time to go

We stayed at another resort while here in Aruba, but we took a walk and came across the Sea Breeze restaurant and met Andres at the bar. He convinced us to come for dinner and it did not disappoint! He was so nice and friendly. Our server Izea was great. The food was excellent. We will most definitely be back!

We just finished our vacation at the Holiday Inn Beach Resort and as usual, I loved every minute of it. It’s difficult to explain how wonderful this resort is but from the moment we arrived, the staffs friendliness has been overwhelming. We’ve been here many times and it’s always so nice to be greeted by everyone. The staff at this resort is by far the best anywhere and is the main reason we continue to return here. It’s our second home. We consider the staff “our family”. Mary or Don usually check us into the resort. Even when they’re busy, they’re always smiling. Miguel, Leabitt or Cheryl greet us at the palapa hut and we talk to them for awhile catching up on things that we missed while we were home. If you want to reserve a palapa, you should try to reserve it on line. There is a web site you can use to reserve the palapa. You may rent umbrellas on the beach too. From the palapa hut, we usually stop off at the Oceanside restaurant for lunch. Here we are greeted by Luciano, Tibisay, Rosa, Louise, Hugo, John, Boris, Edward ,Eduardo, Lucila, Wilfredo, Bryan and Lucas. We spend a few hours reminiscing and enjoying the beautiful ocean view this restaurant provides. After a dunk in the Caribbean, we return later for dinner to the Sea Breeze restaurant. This is where we are greeted by Eddie or Bibianna, Jose Miguel, Frankie, Neysa, Rosemary, Jimmy, and Maxi. At the bar, you’ll find Andres, a VERY personable bartender along with Jose or Calvin.. Andres counterpart during the day is Pedro. Another great bartender. The food and drinks at the Sea Breeze are a favorite with most of the guests. A relatively new restaurant is Agave. It opened in March of 2023 and serves authentic Mexican food. At Agave, you’ll find very good bartenders (Calvin or Jose). They prepare specialty drinks at this bar too. Da Vinci restaurant is also a favorite if you like Italian food. Steffany is usually our server and always takes great care of us along with Jisury or Ramon. . For breakfast at Corals, we are greeted by Jhon, Gino, or Juliet, Joshwina or Bridgette. These are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Once inside Corals, either Cecile or Joselito will welcome us. They are unbelievable managers at a busy restaurant. The waitresses are as special as the managers. Juan Miguel, Carolina, Julieth, Diana, Martha, Meryl, Claudia, Monique, Luz and Veronica are fantastic. I failed to mention some other really nice people that work hard at the HI. Hiram is one of the managers who always has a smile and a big “hello” when he sees you. Smitty, who works the beach all day, is another person that’s always smiling. Arturo is another beach person that never stops working. Roden from the Kids Club is always setting up entertainment for the guests. The Holiday Inn resort is a really nice resort. The hotel is clean and well kept. The only complaint I have is the lack of fans in the Sea Breeze restaurant. The beach is beautiful but the staff is the reason so many people return. Try it once and I’m sure you’ll return. To all the employees at the HI, thank you for making every vacation special..You have no idea how appreciative we are of all your love you give to all your guests. Thank you so much.

The staff at the Aruba Holiday Inn Resort is the reason we keep going back to Aruba. They are very caring people. They go out of their way every day to make sure the guests feel welcome. The new GM Kevin Anderson is very personable and makes sure he speaks to the guests and asks how they are enjoying their stay. The GM sent wine to our room when we arrived to welcome us back. That was so thoughtful. Cecile, Eddy, Luciano and Hiram go above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome. They can’t do enough for you. Cecile also does a great job setting up for weddings. Luciano and Tibisay make sure the Oceanside Restaurant is clean, runs smoothly and everyone is waited on promptly. Rosa Angelica, Hugo, Louise, Boris and John work hard to wait on the guests with a big hello and smile. Francisco brings the food promptly to the tables. Sebastian works hard to set up the bar. DaVinci has delicious food especially the rigatoni con pollo. Diana is a great hostess that welcomes you with a smile. Steffany always has a smile and works hard to give us everything we want. It was nice to meet the new waiter Ramon . He has a great personality. At The Sea Breeze the hostess Diana is so welcoming and remembers your name everytime you come. Neysa, Maxie Jimmy, Frankie and Jose Miquel go out of their way to welcome you. It was nice to see Eddie back at the Sea Breeze. He and Bibianna do a great job at the there making sure everyone gets the dinners they order quickly. Rosemary always works hard talking to us and delivering the food. Anthony keeps the bars well stocked. The bartenders including Eduardo, Andres, Pedro, Lucilla, Bryan, Calvin, Jose, Lucas, Yacqui and Victor greet us with a smile and keep all the guests happy serving drinks and making the guests feel welcome. Cecile and Joselito work hard in Corals making sure the breakfast is running efficiently and seating everyone quickly. Jhon, Gino and Virginia at Corals keep the line moving quickly for everyone to pay and go in quickly. Alberto makes the best omelettes works quickly to move the line. All the Servers work very hard including Juliet, Diana, Claudia, Chanty, Luz, Monique, Veronica, Carolina, and Juan Miquel are all ready to get you whatever you want and quickly set the tables up for the next guest. They all do a great job to make sure everyone feels welcome. Chan always takes time to say hello and works hard. Agave bartenders Calvin and Jose are very personable and make any drink you want. And even give lessons how to make drinks! Johnsnd Kyle in the Lobby always remembers us and takes good care of our luggage. Marianna and Angeline are always ready to book our reservations and to make sure we get the building we like. Mary and Don at the Front Desk always remember us and make the checking in process go as quickly as possible. Miguel, Leabitt, Cheryl and Jeffery always take the time to say hello while handing out towels and checking that the Palapas are occupied by the guests who reserved them. Smitty, Roy and Arturo keep the beach litter free and get the lounge chairs set up quickly so we can enjoy the beach. Rodeen and Ruby are great with seeing up the games by the pool. They even make beautiful balloon arrangements for special occasions! The Gelato Hut on the beach serves many flavors of gelato and toppings. Katherine and Junior are very nice and friendly. Erwin, Jhon and Bridget at Puro always say hello and get your order ready as quickly as they can. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The new Lobby Bar is run well by Victor, Yaqui and Josuel they will make you a special cocktail and are very personable. The property and beach are well-kept and beautiful. The staff is very welcoming and remember you by name even though they see so many guests all year long. That’s why we keep going back frequently. The managers are always willing to assist you. The Holiday Inn is the best hotel on the beach in Aruba. We are home only a few days and looking forward to going back in October to see our extended Family! Can’t wait to go back!
