We just checked in and the room is unacceptable! Small attic room with one queen bed and too many stairs and poor view! Recent renovation ?Requested another room or another Hotel. Bags have arrived and we ...are sitting waiting for a response from management. So the picture of this Hotel looks great ask about your room before booking here. Moved to another room hopefully better.

This has been on my bucket list for years. We decided to splurge on this trip, and it was worth every penny. We stayed in a Fairmont Gold King room, and it exceeded our expectations. From the time we arriv...ed we were treated like royalty. It was such a personalized experience, with exceptional service. Our room was beautiful, clean, and the bed super comfortable. The bathroom is small, but very modern. The LeLabo bath products were amazing. Other than the service, the breakfast, evening canapés and dessert made the splurge worth it. We never ate a meal in a restaurant while we stayed here. The food in the lounge area was wonderful with lots of options. This hotel is amazing, absolutely loved our stay.

Mother's Day Brunch 2025 was extremely disappointing to say the least and very over priced at $130pp. We've been going for years and the quality and selection has drastically gone downhill while the price ...keeps going up! A little room, Vermillion, is where the seating is as well as the buffet. No more formal dining room. Server was awesome, but it stops there. We will not be doing the Mother's Day Brunch here again.

Truly a jewel of a hotel. A lot of history and grandeur, but also modern amenities. Unforgettable vistas from every room. The massive indoor pool is also a fun treat. We got married there in May and the st...aff were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. The whole weekend went off without a hitch. Particular thanks to Services Manager Marie and all the VIP staff.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel! Our view was stunning from our room. We stayed in a Gold room and it was nothing short of perfect. Everyone who works here has been so sweet and so helpf...ul. We WILL be back and can’t wait. Staying in Fairmont hotels are our favorite.
