Very Good Classic Hotel

This is a great 4 star hotel with classic charm in a convenient location. The common areas such as the lobby are very nice but the rooms do need updating. I recently stayed at the Fairmont in Edmonton wh...ich is a similar age and has been updated to a high standard. A similar update at the Palliser would be ideal. The service and food were very good and the employees were generally pleasant and helpful. I did have to wait at the front desk a few times so I suggest deploying more staff there. The text service the hotel uses to communicate with guests worked well. I would stay here again.

Amazing service! They upgraded my room, I had some delicacies waiting for me, the check in as well as housekeeping staff was so pleasant. Thank you for always making me feel special! I'd recommend this as... being a member i can count on them....
