After having stayed at the Lake Loise Inn last year we were looking forward to our 2 night stay again this year. We booked the same room as last year and we booked many months in advance. Last year we giv...en a choice of staying in the main building or in an outer building. The outer building was quiet and easy to park by the door to unpack and pack. This year we were not given a choice and even thought we went early before check in to ask for a similar room which we were told was not an option. We had to stay on the second floor over looking the noisy pool with no view outside. Reception said an elevator was available but failed to tell us about the 12 stairs at the back of the building. A better solution would have been to indicate there were trollies at the front where no stairs had to be climbed. Front desk called and said a move was not possible and no offer for a move the second night was made. We know the hotel was not full. Instead of six trips up to the room we made one trip with a trolly down to check out. We wrote a very long note to management about the poor check in information and never heard back.

We had a fantastic stay at lake Louise inn. Condo unit 3219. The rooms were clean and cozy. We sadly forgot to leave a tip. The front desk was very friendly as well. The hot tubs were hot hot hot! The Sa...turday gazebo was great fun for the fam. Ty!!!
