Totally love this hotel! Will come again for sure!

This a hidden gem! Totally love it! The room is very clean. Staff are very friendly. The hotel even gave a free bottle of red wine in the room. The water slide and pool are so good. We don’t want to... leave. The location is not far from the Banff National Park entrance. Will come again for sure!
Modern hotel but can be very noisy

Nice modern rooms. We had two queen beds, a little table, fire place, fridge and microwave. The chairs could do with being replaced as they were peeling. The beds were very comfortable. The heating and a...ir conditioning worked well. There was no carpet in the rooms which is good for staying clean but was super noisy. We could hear everything upstairs, every step, every item dropped on the floor. I can only imagine how noisy it would be in the winter with ski boots etc. The bathroom was nice. There was a large bath and super hot water. I didn’t use the shower so I cannot comment on that. Included were conditioner, shampoo and body wash on the wall by Rocky Mountain. The conditioner was empty but the others were lovely. There was also Rocky Mountain hand soap and body lotion. There is a tv but the channels are limited, mostly sports and news. I could only find one kids channel. iPads could not connect to the tv. The breakfast was good. There were hot foods, different on different days but I saw sausages, eggs, hash browns, wedges and bacon. There was toast and bagels, cereal, fruit, plain yoghurt, muffins. Choice of juices, teas and coffee. It was help yourself but you were not allowed to take food out of the dining room. The pool was packed, I’ve never seen a hotel pool so busy. The slide was clearly a hit but it’s very noisy with kids. The chlorine is very very strong, my husband and son both broke out in rashes and we had to go to the pharmacy and buy cream and medicine to help. They often go swimming and this has never happened before. There was a sauna and gym which I didn’t use. The gym only had a treadmill and maybe an elliptical. There were not weights like what’s shown on the website. Our room was on the second floor by the balcony over looking the pool and front desk. Our location was very noisy, there was no soundproofing and we could hear everything. I would recommend getting a room further away.
Family Friendly Hotel

We stayed here with our family, and the kids absolutely loved the pool and waterslide. The rooms aren't very spacious, but they're clean, cozy, and comfortable. We had a great night's rest after a full day... of exploring Banff. We checked in at night and woke up to a beautiful sunrise with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains. We took lots of photos from the balcony :) The breakfast was also great, and the location is convenient, with easy access to many stores.
Great Stay

We stayed three nights. Found the hotel and Canmore as a whole, completely charming! Front desk and house keeping staff were lovely, our room was very large, really comfortable bed and a jacuzzi bathtub. W...e found the location to be excellent, we walked into town, across to other nearby restaurants and there is a 7/11 next door, very convenient. We used the pool and hot tub which was nice, we also used laundry facilities which was very handy. Overall was a great stay and if we get the chance to go back to Canmore we would definitely look to stay here again.
My night at Pocaterra Inn

I had such an amazing experience here. I decided to last minute book a trip put to Canmore as a little solo getaway. Once I arrived, I noticed in the lobby there were free cookies and iced tea for guests.... I totally helped myself to a cookie, it was so yummy! Check in was easy and the people working the front desk were very kind and helpful. My room was clean, I had a beautiful view of the mountains, there was free wifi, and lot's of good channels on the TV. The pool great as well! I didn't go in the actual pool, I just relaxed in the hot tub, but there was a waterslide, and the family in the pool seemed to be enjoying it very much. In the morning, there was free breakfast from 7 am-10 am, and the selection was very good! Coffee, juice, cereal, toast, eggs, waffles, potatoes, like there was such a good selection for it being free food! The only reason why this hotel lost a star from me, is because the fitness room only had two treadmils, and that's it. Not a huge deal, but would've been nice to have some weights/ other workout machine in there. I will for sure be coming back in the future, and will recommend this hotel to others! (:
