Fantastic hotel

Staying for 2 nights at this hotel we feel so comfortable and welcome. Staff is friendly during our breakfast. The view from our room is so nice. Just near from the biggest mall at Calgary. And i have 4 year old boy this place near at Indoor Playground.
Typical Hyatt Place Experience but the hotel fell short of my my expectation

After staying in a couple of really nice Hyatt Place hotels in North America, Hyatt Place Calgary Airport fell a bit short of my already low expectation. It was not terribly by any means. The pickup and dropoff at airport was great. Check-in was fine. However breakfast was terrible even for a Hyatt Place. The problem is that I stayed a really great Element by Westin property the night before. It was hard to compare two hotel chains that are similar. The room is fine and I think I got an upgrade to a larger category based on my Globalist status. The gym is disappointing with a few cardio machines despite having plenty of space. They did not even stocked towels and I had to return to my room to grab a towel. The laundry facilities are okay. For a quick overnight, I will have no issue staying here but there is definitely plenty of room for Hyatt Place Calgary Airport to improve.
