Jay at the front desk refused to honor the free breakfast that was offered by the front desk staff at check-in and charged my family $46.50 for breakfast. The hotel has no pool and the staff were indiffere...nt. Hotel is trying to offer low prices on Priceline and use the bait and switch to tack on fees. Avoid at all costs.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Place Calgary Airport Hotel. Free shuttle service that is easy to use. Good breakfast for 8$ per person. Rooms were beautiful. Good location very close to the hotel. Beds w...ere super comfortable and rooms were spacious and completely sound proof. I recommend!

Stayed at the Hyatt Place Calgary Airport on the way down too and back as we went to Cabo Mexico.The Hyatt is a very clean hotel with great staff.We where met by David at the front desk and he was very ple...asant to deal with.The Hyatt has a shuttle back and fourth to the airport.The Hyatt also has a great buffet style breakfest in the morning.
Airport stayover with long term parking

The 2 week parking package was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable compared to other airport hotels we've stayed at and the double queen with sofa bed (that can be hard to find) was perfect for a ...family of 5. The lobby area is very modern and nice, the room was clean, maybe less modern than expected after experiencing the lobby, but were very comfortable. There is no pool, but the shuttle was more reliable picking us up than others we've used, which is what we were hoping for and we would take that and the comfortable beds over a pool. Would definitely stay again when using the airport.

Bad experience, the front desk people don't even know what customer service is. You have a problem? Cancel your reservation and book somewhere else. That was what I was told in the front desk upon my arriv...al since I didn't have a credit card to pay for the deposit.
