TripAdvisor Traveler Rating

An airport hotel has only one offering: close to the airport and a shuttle to the airport. When we checked in we were told that the shuttle is not guaranteed, and it doesn’t start until 5am. What the ...****. So we now have 3 private taxis for more than 100 dollars to take us to the hotel. We might as well have stayed in the terminal. Front desk staff totally useless with advice other than saying even getting a cab that early may be a problem. Sitting in the bar lamenting about how bad this place is, we watched a couple go to the front desk but the front desk lady is gone. They stood for 10 minutes and then gave up and are now in the bar. That pretty much sums it up. “Excellence”

Great beds, amenities, showers. Spacious. I want please with check in. The front desk agent did not honour the online booking agent that i personally spoke to. She made a mistake with my arrival time a...nd the front desk was cold. We were traveling through and checked in after 1 am. The agent on the phone was great. I realize she made an error. The front desk was cold and not flexible to honour Hyatt booking.

Worst hotel experience ever. Westjet put me up at a hotel and gave me a lot of hotels and a food voucher to use. I chose this hotel from a list provided because of its proximity to airport, it offered a sh...uttle service from airport, it said it had a restaurant and lounge on site, and it was a brand I was familiar with. It was the worst experience ever. The shuttle never showed up in very very cold weather, I kept trying to call the hotel but no one would answer the phone, finally got ahold of someone after calling their head office (and being transferred by them to the local hotel many many times where no one would answer the phone). They sent a shuttle driver who drove right past me while I was standing right at his stop point! A man from a different hotel shuttle jumped out in front of him and stopped him and told him to pick me up! (Thanks to that guy). I got to the hotel and the lady at check in was a complete botch. Rude and it was like I was interrupting her visiting with a few others there. She didn’t want my ID just my credit card to run even tho I had a west jet voucher. There was no restaurant open apparently THE cook was sick so it was closed that day. There was no lounge open either and it wasn’t even late at night maybe about 7:30pm. There was no food or place to use my Westjet meal voucher or even to spend money at and she told me if I was hungry I could order myself a pizza ?? no where walkable to eat either. The next morning on checkout there was still no “restaurant” and it wasn’t going to be open again either because THE cook was still sick. I guess that tells you the size and quality of the restaurant they offer if one sick person shuts down the whole restaurant lol. The shuttle service the next morning back to the airport was also terrible. I gave the guy one hour notice and he still didn’t start or warm up the shuttle bus until it was time to leave. It was very very cold minus 30 Celsius and it was a freezing uncomfortable shuttle ride to the airport. The only nice person I talked to at this hotel was the man at checkout named Ram. He was the only nice and helpful person at this hotel. I expected so much better from this brand and will NEVER stay at this hotel again unless I change my name to Binder Dundat. What a joke and disappointment this was. Westjet needs to drop this hotel from their list of providers.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Great Front Desk Staff. Timely and efficient shuttle. Great breakfast for $8 though I was under the impression it was included. My bad. Very convenient to the airport. Would hig...hly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Very neat and clean hotel with amazing prices and location. Definitely recommended! The staff was super nice and the environment is cozy and clean. The room was spacious with all the required amenities. It... would be great if they can add a microwave in the room, especially for the families traveling with kids. Overall, very nice experience.
