Excellent place to stay

This hotel is awesome. We got very good, quiet and comfortable room, with lots of space, and nice view. The pool is large, along with 3 hot tubs.

Dire room and best avoided!

Brian C on Nov 11, 2024

I'm afraid all I can say is our experience was dire. Stayed in room 4110 and frankly it is a tip and positively and by a long, long way the worst room we have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Tatty doesn't even begin to describe it, and how on earth they charge the money they do is beyond me! Ancient fixtures and fittings in very, very poor condition. The bathroom was so tiny you had to orchestrate the door opening to get in before you could use the loo, floor tiles cracked, wooden surfaces hadn't seen varnish since they were installed, "wardrobe" was pole with a "roof" above it and I can only describe the room as worth $50 and not a cent more. The restaurant is barely passible and again if you looked around it too was frayed at the edges, while the reception area has seating that wouldn't look out of place in a skip! Nowhere to have a drink and all in all a truly negative experience. It really took the edge off our overall experiences where we had enjoyed wonderful rooms and full amenities. To be honest, shame on you Lake Louise Inn.
