This resort is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained, especially with the stunning Christmas decorations. It made for some great photo opportunities. However, the food was a major disappointment. It falls far below the standard of any resort I’ve ever stayed at. If you’re expecting exceptional dining, you’ll be let down. If you don’t make restaurant reservations in advance, your only options will be the buffet or the sports bar, both of which serve subpar food. In fact, room service offers better meals than either of these options. Unfortunately, the customer service at this resort was terrible. Be sure to fully understand the details of your reservation before you arrive, as there are many restrictions based on the type of booking you have. We had five rooms in total, and all of us encountered numerous issues. One of our rooms had butler service, but the butler disappeared for two days. It took forever to get clean towels and washcloths. Another room was supposed to be stocked with a full bar, but there were no drinks in the room. Additionally, after walking barefoot around the room, the bottom of my mom’s feet were completely black from the floors being so dirty. The managers constantly apologized for the lack of service and made endless promises, but none of them were kept. Although this is supposed to be an all-inclusive resort, I was charged every time I tried to order red wine that wasn’t Merlot. Why? If you don’t stay in the Family Selection or TSR, you won’t have access to premium alcohol. At the pool, you’ll be charged $23 just to access the cabanas—everything here comes with an extra fee. The resort’s carts operate on a random schedule, so you’ll likely end up waiting a long time. Some carts are also reserved exclusively for premium guests. On a positive note, I paid for room decorations for a birthday celebration, and they were beautiful. I also sent pictures ahead of time to request a specific cake, and it turned out exactly as I hoped. Overall, I enjoyed spending time with my family, but all 13 of us agreed that we will never stay at this resort again.

Spent Christmas at grand palladium with my family. The staff were incredible and the amenities just perfection! Beautiful beach, amazing gym, and food and drinks were plenty! Omar took the best care of us and made us feel like family! Would recommend over and over and hope we come back!
