Normally, I’m not the type of person to leave a review, but because the service was so great, I had to. From the moment we checked in, we received a warm and genuinely friendly welcome from Ronald. He hel...ped us with our luggage and continued to assist us throughout our stay, offering great recommendations and helping with taxis when needed, thank you, we truly appreciated it! Check-in was smooth and pleasant, thanks to Lakeisha, who answered all our questions with patience and a smile. The entire front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and we had an excellent experience with Jayden during check-out. The Salty Iguana was a great spot to relax, grab a drink, and enjoy a meal. Joshua provided excellent service and made our time there even more enjoyable. Overall, the service was outstanding, our stay was very pleasant, both relaxing and fun.

When we checked in Bryan did welcome us with champagne and help us with our luggage, we appreciate. Check in was a little slow because too many people in line, but Divinne did a wonderful job making it eas...y for us. The restaurants where clean the food was ok and the staff where friendly. Ronald did a wonderful job explaining about the activities on the island and always have a taxi ready for us. We will for sure come back!
