Great stay for day use before our flight

Great for day use for long layover before flight! I booked online while on our cruise for our last day in Honolulu. Gladys checked us in and was very helpful in explaining our privileges and hotel amenitie...s. Gladys went out of her way to make our short stay an awesome experience! Spent some time at the pool relaxing, rested, took a shower, and then off to the airport. Highly recommend!
Phenomenal

Gladys was the most helpful hotel employee I've had the pleasure of meeting in all my business travels. She resolved more scheduling conflicts for me than even my own boss. 10/10 decent rate great location... fantastic staff. Slightly small rooms but that is a small price to pay from the location and the service
Stay somewhere else if you want to fit in your room.

We came down as a group for hockey and made a vacation out of it. I will never come back. The rooms are so small, you had to wait for hot water half the time. There pantry selection is terrible. Food ...was mediocre. When we checked in, the credit card system wasn't working so they said to come back tomorrow to set it up. They didn't say they were only activating our card for one night out of a week stay. We had a long day and had a bunch of hockey gear with us and the last thing we wanted to do was go back down for something as silly as that. They also don't care about customer service becasue of there location people have no issue paying the prices. Had I know how bad this hotel would be I would have stayed elsewhere. When I said I didn't enjoy my stay they didn't care and didn't bother to ask what issues I had. This hotel should be embarrassed.
Great hotel - will stay again!

We just stayed here for 8 nights and loved our experience! A lot of people complain the rooms are small and they might be for larger suitcases but for us it was perfect size for our two mid-size suitcases ...and our backpacks. We also had two double beds instead of the single queen bed, which we’ve read are a bit bigger. We did stay on the 43rd floor (of 44 floors), where the elevators did take a while, but honestly it wasn’t that bad except during peak times. Plus, who goes on vacation to spend tons of time in a room anyway? It didn’t ruin the experience. A few things that made our stay incredible: 1. Close proximity to the Waikiki strip and beaches while being in a less busy area with less crowded beach areas too! 2. Breakfast is included and amazing with tons of healthy options. We had toast and fresh fruit and greek yogurt every morning and the buffet had so many options including both healthy and indulgent options. Definitely helped the budget and morning convenience to eat and be in and out! 3. Close proximity to great un-crowded running routes along the canal and a short run to Queen Kapiolani Park. Also close to the large outdoor mall and Target, which is much cheaper than the ABC stores. 4. Honestly the staff are phenomenal here. From check in to the cleaning staff they are amazing. We’ve travelled all over the world and the room was one of the cleanest chain hotels we’ve stayed at, with fresh towels and a room clean EVERY DAY! 5. There is a city bus stop right out front of the hotel which was so convenient. The transit system is really great in Oahu and you don’t necessarily need to rent a car! We did day trips to different beaches and hikes around the island with just a 30$ bus pass for our whole 7 days. One thing I will mention is that the hotel does not provide beach towels and does not have touchless water bottle filling stations (except a sort of unpleasant water fountain for filling a bottle) so we did have to buy a towel and buy bottles of water but both were cheap at Target :) Overall we will go back and 100% stay here again.
very poor room arrangement and the rooms are very tiny

we had a very poor experience because the AC blows directly on the head of the person in the bed. So on that first night with the AC blown on my wife’s head, she got a bad head cold. Just completely ruined... our vacation. To the hotels credit, they did switches to a new room that next day, but unfortunately the damage was already done
