Active Advisories
The Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach will be starting an exterior spalling repair project to the Seascape tower building starting on July 1, 2024, with the anticipated completion date of August 31, 2024 barring any unforeseen circumstances.
The spalling project will consist of a crew working on scaffolding going up and down the Seascape tower corner stack. Work hours will be from 9:00am - 4:00pm Monday through Thursday and 9:00am – 3:00pm on Fridays at which time guests may experience intermittent noise disturbances.
All efforts will be made to minimize any inconvenience to guests.

Not the best stay for relaxation
Norman C on Sep 21, 2024
Rokm 1723. Carpet was old, AC unit made loud banging noises, room had a weird unpleasant smell. Room next door had several people in the room and had a party until at least 3:00 AM and they kept banging on the adjoining door. Guest services never answered the phone - I had to go down to the front desk and no resolution. Safe did not work too. View was spectacular. Momosan was awesome. Housekeeping people were very nice and great. $128 for 2 burgers, a club sandwich and 3.sodas at Swell was ridiculous. I probably will not stay here again when .y wife and I come back for a baby luau in January.
HORRIBLE BREAKFAST
rochabra (Emu Plains, Australia) on Sep 19, 2024
very dissapointing, breakfast was a let down, no selection of cereals, breads, hot beverages, very limited options. food was not fresh and overcooked certainly not 5 star hotel quality. location is great however was not impresed by the service, at arrival nobody at entrance to help with bags, long queue to check in room was confortable however size of bathroom was ridiculously small you could not close the door if seated on the toilet. carpets were dirty and not vaccumed daily we could see the dirt from passed days. pool area is not as nice as shown in photos by mangement, is small area and sunbeds are cramped also prices for hire of sunbeds were extremely high daytime cabanafor $200usd hotel is in a nice area but will not return as food was not up to a 5 star rating, no in-room dining
