We stayed here 5 years ago and our second visit did not disappoint. A wonderful hotel, in a perfect location with everything you need. What makes this hotel even more special are the staff, from check in to bar staff, to the housekeeping everyone was fabulous! The cultural activities that are available are plentiful and it was wonderful to share in these with Sherwin again five years later. We ate at the kani ka grille during the day and the odd evening and the food was wonderful. Pool service was excellent too. We ate at the monkey pod restaurant too and enjoyed our time there. Mai tais are available at both bars and personally I preferred the poolside ones. The rooms have all been upgraded since our last visit and I think wherever you are in the hotel the room has advantages and dis advantages. The hotel in our opinion is the perfect location on Waikiki beach, it’s slightly quiter at this end but really easy to walk into the busy hustle and bustle of Waikiki . We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again, it may take us another five years to save up as prices have increased but I hold it in my heart that one day we will return. Maholo.

Eileen our housekeeping host was so friendly and helpful, it was a joy visiting briefly with her the days we were there. When she knew my name one day when I ran into her in the hall I was very very impressed. The catamaran Ride we rented was a big plus. The price was right. The gals working the sale were really fun and helpful. The guys on the holiday were really grand.
