Beautiful hotel that is clean and the staff are very friendly and inviting. We loved how it's right on the beach and close to everything so we could walk. We never had a car. We book excursions that a ...bus would pick us up close by so there was no worries. The pools and hot tubs were clean and beautiful.

Just returned from another spectacular stay at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki! Kudos go out to Kanani, the Guest Services Front Desk Manager for arranging our most recent stay in a beautiful One Bedroom Room ...Club Level Suite. My wife and I were spoiled throughout the stay with this suite category and the beautiful view of the Pacific, Diamond Head, and wonderful sunrises and sunsets each day. Thank you Kanani for helping make my birthday and our anniversary very special. This was a relaxing stay for us this time since we had already been around the island to see all the typical hot spots making Oahu so special. Crossing our paths while at the Reef were so many wonderful hard-working staff members who are instrumental in keeping smiles on our faces. Deemer, Miho, Izzy, Randy, and Marcy from Valet, Bell and the MonkeyPod, thank you for going the extra mile to make us part of the resort family. You all touched our hearts and we are already wanting to come back to be with you as soon as we can. The Outrigger Reef Waikiki should be so happy to have you as part of the team! Next, we want to tip our hat to Alisha, Alaina, and Michael at Kani Ka Pila Grille. You guys are always on top of you game taking care of your guests in the grille and around the pool. Thanks so much for making our stay great once again. Then there is Sue, our housekeeper who kept our suite in impeccable condition each and every day of our stay. Sue you are a real testament to the Reef Waikiki team. I know they are so proud of what you do to ensure your guest rooms are in tip top shape each day. Miss you and hope to see you real soon. We certainly don't want to forget Joenny and Nilo who take care of the pool every day ensuring all their guests have fresh towels while lounging around the pool. You guys go above and beyond to make sure the pool is always in top shape. Thank you so much for making our stay seamless and wonderful. You are true professionals at what you do. We want to also tell Ambrose at the front desk thank you again for the positive and caring spirit when greeting everyone that crosses his path. Glad you are still doing what you do, and we look forward to seeing you on our next visit. It's hard to explain what draws my wife and I back to the Outrigger Reef Waikiki over and over again. One thing is for sure and it is the outstanding people who work there. Seeing the same folk's year in and year out tells you one thing; they love their jobs, love the Outrigger Reef Waikiki, and love the guests that cross their paths. The resort was lovely and clean, the team were friendly and welcoming. Location convenient to main street, shopping, restaurants and beach. We travelled as a large group, and well looked after, Mary looke...d after us all beautifully. Highly recommend.

I stayed at outrigger reef for 2 weeks. Ambrose at the front desk was truly wonderful. He was kind and quickly responsive our entire stay. After check-in, he remembered both me and my boyfriend and was alw...ays smiling when we saw him. Rosalina was our house keeping agent. She was truly wonderful and did a great job. The bar team at the kana ka pila grille were also awesome. We did takeout every night. ?? to the entire outrigger team. Jennifer and Francois

Mary was delightful and helpful. She was very thorough. The room was always immaculate. She cleaned when it was convenient for us. The bathrooms sparkled. All the surfaces were cleaned. Trash removed. In... my experience, it makes a terrific positive difference in our stay. Thank you!
