Overpriced and underwhelming

Searching4realfood (Grande Prairie, Canada) on Jun 06, 2025

If they could charge you for breathing I believe they would. Water bottles in the room were 26.00 American. We walked to a store and bought our own. If you want to store your own things in the fridge there... is a charge. Restaurants at the resort are expensive and mid in terms of taste. The casino smells like vape vapour. The pool is overcrowded and drinks are ridiculously expensive. We went to Las Vegas to see Bruno Mars I have zero desire to go back to Las Vegas this was my second time there. If you take shampoos and soaps with you when you leave you will be charged. The room was hot and uncomfortable due to the heat. We had to keep our curtains closed. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. I know Vegas is seen as a party destination and I know it is expensive but maybe venues and food should be good at the price point and seriously $26.00 for bottled water come on.

Less Service - More Money

E2986LFrobertp on Jun 04, 2025

I've stayed here more than 25 times over the last seven years. Aria is moving to as little service as they can give you for as much money as they can charge you. To give you exacts: 1. Rooms for stay ...overs are getting cleaned much later (2PM or after) and definitely not as good. They have changed SO's from 15min to 10min time. 2. The hours of the gym over the years slowly reduced by an hour ... keep reducing the hours. 3. Resort fees have gone all the way up to $55 plus tax, (Increased resort fee, less gym hours) 4. Restaurants are starting to close one night a week instead of open 7 days a week, giving less options 5. Harder to move around ... now you have to scan you card to get TO the elevator and then you have to scan your card a second time ON the elevator. Tracking people's movement through cards to see how long they are in their room vs out of their rooms. It's just wrong to do this and require tracking of people's movements. 6. Less service in the room - twice now, not even the MINI bar is filled. I asked and they said they would do it if I asked. (LOL!). 7. Everything asks you for a tip now at Aria, even if you buy groceries or enter an order on a KIOSK yourself 8. Sky Suites took away picking you up at airport. We no longer see any value in Sky Suites vs say a Corner Room @ Aria. Sky Suites is VERY overrated and not worth the price you pay.
