Worse hotel they disrespected me Me and my family. management is very rude. Supervisors abuse of their authority and they don't care about customer service. Upon arrival we waited over 1 hr to get our room. We were celebrating a birthday and had asked for permission to bring live music they allowed us to do so but in the date of the event stated it was not allowed and supervisors were asking for cash or else they would cancel the event. Abusive supervisors not a high star hotel as I expected. Definitely not going back

The family and I enjoyed the friendly, courteous staff. The infinity pool is absolutely amazing and the bar staff for that pool and the beach were prompt, always welcoming, and very fun. The beach, though small, was tremendously soothing. Hotel staff was on point and their dedication to remembering us was warming. It was a great first trip for my son and with my family from Morelia - gracias por todo! I will be coming back.
