The beach and the pool were the best part of the hotel and to feel the ocean water, and walking in the early morning and the from Monday seeing the Dolphins and watching the show and enjoying every bit of it, Overall the trip felt super nice to relax. And including people from the events, and people who provides the hotel drinks, food, etc and thanks to Fernando for his hard work and dedication!

Rooms were comfortable, pool was fantastic and relaxing. Family oriented. Beach chairs were provided and were relaxing and comfortable. They have daily activities at the pool that are fun and daily shows with music and dancing that we didn’t get a chance to attend. Food was ok. We only had the breakfast and the hamburger station though. My family told me the ceviche was very good. Also felt very safe at the resort. All in all id rate my stay 4/5.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the staff at this hotel was excellent. But I think I can’t leave this review without giving fair warning to the next guests. They don’t have washcloths or fridges in the rooms. I found that odd but it didn’t take away from our experience. I want to particularly mention at the pool bar Lorenzo who has the best smile and would translate if needed. His English is excellent. I also liked Diana in the restaurants. She has a great smile as well and I loved that she would come practice her English with me when she had time. All on all, the staff here is great! Oh yeah! Alec in the lobby bar was also great! He found us some hockey to watch! And put on some music in English and we hung out and played Jenga. We ended up staying 9 days and enjoyed each of them greatly.

Grecia was such a helpful guide on our bike tour. She took care of all the details, and planned a beautiful tour through a natural protected park with lots of wildlife. The pink flamingos were nesting with their babies - such a beautiful moment to observe. I’m very grateful to Grecia for her kind help and knowledgeable guiding skills.

Great vacation spot for family or even just couples! We reserved a king size bed oceanfront view and were automatically upgraded to a suite! Anahi, Ernesto and Juan gave us excellent service. Definitely want to return with my kids here. Beachfront resort with spa, pools, and option to have all inclusive meals was excellent. Service was great!
