If you're searching for the perfect getaway for families and couples, look no further than Maui Hill! Since our first visit in 2013, we've returned over ten times. Each trip feels like home, thanks to the ...outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel special—from the friendly check-in to the customer experience. While we've stayed at other properties, such as the Outrigger Palms, Mana Kai Resort (across the street), and Airbnbs, we don't recommend them because nothing compares to the experience at Maui Hill. There are also no hidden fees, like resort and parking, which you must consider when choosing properties. Each unit has its character and vibe, with well-stocked kitchens and a spacious primary bedroom that opens onto the lanai—perfect for sipping your morning coffee while soaking in the stunning views. The generously sized accommodations often come with beach chairs, and the peaceful lanai invites you to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. Get the 10% discount at Foodland upon check-in! The beach is just a short walk away, and the property has a relaxing swimming pool, tennis court, and shuffleboard. We love how Dennis Costa, the General Manager, makes us feel like family, and the entire staff genuinely cares about our experience. They have a weekly manager mai tai party, which is welcoming and fun. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and Kamaole Beach Parks, Maui Hill is also an excellent choice for remote workers. It offers spacious rooms and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. This hidden gem is Maui's best-kept secret, and we can't wait for our next adventure at the end of this month! While Maui Hill is in a great location the units are dark and dated. If you are trading with RCI you will be put in the very back of the resort next to the mainataince yard. It is a long walk to the pool ...and it is noisy back there.No views at all-depressing area. We did not want to spend any time in our unit! We were told that we would be moved to a better unit however we never were. We were asked to call in every moring and told there is nothing call again. I feel this was purly lip service with no iintention to move us to a better unit. Also the bed was very hard and the mini split air conditionar did not work in one bedroom.

The condos are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, anything we needed they were on it. Great location close to fantastic beaches and boat tours at the boat launch across ...the street. The on-site activities were fantastic as well, kept our teenage kids occupied! We loved our stay at Maui Hill!

Was able to stay at Maui Hill the last week of January using an RCI exchange. I was greeted by a friendly, helpful front desk staffer and check in was a breeze. My one bedroom unit was very large, comforta...ble, extremely clean, and well-stocked with everything that we needed, even two beach chairs and an umbrella. The resort was very peaceful and well kept, loved the pool area. We met several people staying there that were weekly timeshare owners. All were very happy, friendly, and helpful - a real community feel. And the Monday mai tai night was a very nice touch. Al in all - a very enjoyable stay and we’re looking forward to a return trip !!!

Dennis and his staff are amazing! The resort is beautiful. Location is perfect for beaches, restaurants and shopping. We have been multiple times and we are never disappointed! This really is a wonderful p...lace to stay! Monday Mai Tai parties are always lots of fun and just another added touch by Dennis.
