We were travelling through and decided to book at this location. I was able to get a good rate (so I thought) and checked in. When we got to our room there was a strong odor. Luckily we brought laundry sheets and were able to open the window/put out a few sheets to help mitigate some of the smell. There were leftover forks by the tv and old food in the fridge. Hair in the shower and on the beds. Bedding was stained as well. It was brought up with the front desk who asked for photos emailed rather than just coming to see the room. No additional comment was made from front desk until checkout when offered 50% off my rate. Great gesture until I realized they charged me a rate plan 40 dollars more than I had booked. I didn’t bother addressing this as we needed to get back on the road. Breakfast was delicious - ready made pancakes, eggs, ham slices. Freshly cut fruit. Options for ready cooked veggies if you wanted. Good selection of cereal and yogurt. As well as a coffee/tea bar.

This property should be rated Bestwestern Plus Plus Plus. This hotel exceeded by far all metrics of the BW standards. Everything was immaculate condition and the service was first class.
