Lovely stay in Aston Kona By The Sea. Spent 4 days in condo #319. Staff was excellent and helpful with explaining everything about the hotel. Room was fully stocked with all kitchen utensils and very cl...ean. One bedroom, two bath. Had a problem with one of the showers and was immediately fixed. Nice view of the ocean. Has air conditioning although it wasn’t needed. Only quirky thing about the hotel is the security codes getting into the resort and elevator. Long and confusing . Looking forward to our next visit. Have stayed at other Aston resort hotels on other islands and found this one was just as nice. Couldn’t use the pool or jacuzzi because they were being renovated, but was finished the day we left and it looked great. Around 1.7 miles to town, so a long walk.

Beautiful property. Everything was well kept. Condo was updated with everything we needed. We made meals there everyday while we were there. Toaster, coffee maker, wine glasses, and even a crockpot. Towels... and beach towels were provided. Washer and dryer are in the condo as well. Beautiful view of the ocean.

Bed didn't suit me but my partner found it very comfortable. Older building, showing signs of its age but well maintained. Never felt over-crowded, nice pool and sandy shade areas. Easy parking, free with ...my booking but told they now charge.

This properly, unfortunately, does not set or enforce any standards on the units. Basically, you either get an updated clean unit, or what we did, which was both dated and smelly. When we first entered the... unit we could smell the mold/mildew, which was definitely a result of old carpet that had not been properly cleaned. The unit was also in need of updates. The staff was AMAZING (thank you Sara), but there was only so much they could do. Definltely a disappointment considering or expectations and the price.

Our stay in one of your condos was well beyond our expectations! We were on the first floor south of pool so it was quiet and just a few steps from the waters edge. Staff was super helpful and very friendl...y. We definitely stay with you again! Spending the evenings on the lanai watching the light changes and sunsets was something we will always remember.
