They will give you what ever room they want. If you think you reserved something special. The jokes on you! They will be apologetic. They will tell you they are getting your room together. They are no...t. If you want to waste your time playing their game. All the while they will smile in your face just to get you to go away

The benefits of the players system seem to be getting squeezed. I made a reservation as a diamond level, which in the past would guarantee that you did not have to pay resort fees. Apparantly this has c...hanged as I had to pay resort fees due to dropping from Diamond two months earlier. Host would not do anything about it.
