We started going to vegas multiple times a year since 1993, in all my stays at the Wynn, Cosmopolitan, Circa, Venetian etc. we have never had as perfect of a visit. From decor, personnel, room comfort, check in, everyone in every area of the resort were hands down the best interactions we have ever had. On top of that free parking. We will be back

We’ve been traveling to Las Vegas for decades. This hotel made me feel it was a new Vegas experience. Luxurious but not overstated, spacious and friendly. The pool area is the best we’ve seen in newly opened hotel in a long long time. We had a great time and can’t wait to return.

I was able to check in early and had a stunning Gold King room with a view of the Sphere. The room itself represents modern luxury while still being comfortable and the bathroom and expansive walk in shower were very well laid out with luxury amenities. There is more than enough to keep you on The Fontainebleau property. The pool area is relaxing as is the Lapis Spa ( book an Odyssey massage with Grace.) Dinners at Mother Wolf and Don's Prime were outstanding followed by drinks and live music at Collins Bar or my personal favorite ,The Nowhere . I was lucky on the casino floor and the cocktail service was the best I have experienced in years. Despite a slow start in late 2023, The Fontainebleau is definitely hitting it's stride and I would attribute this to the staff. Every single staff member I encountered smiled and was genuine in there offer of hospitality. Do not let the location influence you as mid stip is a $10.00 Uber ride and as mentioned this really is a self contained luxury property that is the new gold standard that the other resorts and casinos should be judged by.

Upon check in to check out everything was awesome ... customer service was top notch ...all employees were very personable
