Nice Place to Stay and Would Go there Again

Mezcal_Tours (Oaxaca, Mexico) on Nov 02, 2024

We were very satisfied, except for the tardiness at check-in. It's certainly a nice place, although because of its size it was hard to figure out how to get to where we wanted to go in the complex. A map at check-in would have been helpful, or someone to guide us without having to ask. For the money, they can afford to spend ten minutes giving us the lay of the land. I was surprised there was no one to take us up to our room!

great hotel and casino

Ernest P (Honolulu, Hawaii) on Nov 01, 2024

Great hotel and casino. The rooms were clean and beds& pillows were comfortable. Great after a night of parting and want some rest. The staff was friendly and helpful with any of our needs. It is on the strip so expect higher prices on food and gambling minimums. Many different places to dine. The sports book area is terrific.

This place stinks

Wendy H on Nov 01, 2024

The entire facility stinks of cigarette smoke and weed. I called and asked before booking and was told cigarettes were not permitted. Why lie?? Come on Marriott, do better, especially at these prices. $50/night resort fee for all the second hand smoke you can breath.

Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino - The Right Place to Stay!

900maryjanek on Nov 01, 2024

Attended an industry trade show at Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino. The venue never disappoints and this year was no exception! Quick check in/out process, seamless baggage hold process, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff - the whole package! Highly recommend this hotel/casino if you're in Las Vegas!

Welcome to the rip-off Hotel and Casino.

John K on Oct 31, 2024

Charged $18 per day to park in an extremely distant parking lot. My wife is handicapped so started Valet parking at $35 per day plus tip, while the hotel also charged me the $18 per day to self-park. In-room coffee was free but now $5 per cup, minibar used to cost based on want was consumed, now it's $50 just to open the door to look. I use insulin which has to be refrigerated, hotel was going to charge me $50 to put it in the mini-bar! Bought 2 premade sandwiches from the gift shop, was charged $25 for stale sandwiches. I will NOT stay here again in the future or anywhere else on the strip. Corporate Greed is too extreme for me.
