ROOM SERVICE WAS GREAT, ROOMS GREAT, CONVENTION SERVICE WAS GREAT, BELL HOP SERVICE SUCKS, NEEDED HELP TO GET BOXES TO SHIP DOWN STAIRS AND THEY ARE WORTHLESS, HAVE HEALTH ISSUES AND WHAT COULD HAVE TAKE...N THEM 10 MINUTES TOOK ME 2 HRS AFTER REQUESTING HELP AND DENIED. WORSE PART IS I THOUGHT THEY WORK FOR TIPS WHEN HELPING YOU, THE ONLY TIP I GIVE NOW IF GET A DIFFERENT HOTEL WHERE BELL HOPS WILL HELP.

Was a little concerned after reading reviews, however, we were not disappointed. We had a Boredeaux Queeen 2 room. 1727. Beds were super comfy although the pillows were quite thick. Toiletries replenished ...as needed and towels changed daily. Checking in wasn't busy due to the time we arrived, however the lady who checked us in wasn't very forthcoming with information. Check out was quick and straightforward and they do have luggage storage of you have a later flight. Check out was 11am. They do have an option to book late checkout, subject to room availability. There are free sun loungers and towels by the pool, but these did go quite early. You can also hire day beds and cabanas as well. You can't take food and drink into the pool area unless it was bought in the hotel and you kept the receipt to show security. We would definitely recommend this hotel for location and value for money.
