New, clean and you barely need to leave the property!

Petemode (Hazel Park, Michigan) on May 18, 2025

Visited with a buddy of mine. Looking for a low key place that was unique and decided to give Resort World a try. Check in was incredibly fast and that staff seemed to emphasize a high level of professio...nalism. The property was very clean and new. Our room was on the 32nd floor. We had a nice view of the strip from our room. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The housekeeping was like a stealth ninja because they came in and cleaned so quickly it left me impressed. The room had a small fridge for beverages. An overpriced minibar (which is to be expected). The casino floor was massive and the table limits were very reasonable (we were there during the week). It was a laid back vibe which as a guy in my 40s I enjoyed. Some good restaurants on site and a lot to see (didn’t even get to check out the pool). Signed up for the players club card and did some gambling. Hoping Resort World will entice me to come back with some offers but I would probably just come on my own. Only slight fuss was the location but if you learn to navigate the bus system it is incredibly easy to get around.

Not Hilton Quality

Linda G (Kailua-Kona, Hawaii) on May 14, 2025

Disappointing. This hotel is not of the same quality I have been accustomed to as a Hilton Honors VIP. Assistance at the front door and in the lobby was non-existent. Long line checking in despite front ...desk attendants working as fast as the could. After a long day of traveling I wanted to rest and order room service. Instead of room service a recording on the telephone directed me to use a grub hub app. My food and was quite frankly gross and I could not eat my cole slaw because it tasted spoiled. Overall this has been a very impersonal experience. As I write this I am seriously considering checking out and finding a room elsewhere.
