We always enjoy our stays at the TI! The petite suite is perfect for us. The location on the Las Vegas strip is excellent. It’s great having CVS attached to the hotel. The restaurants we’ve eaten at ar...e good; the Coffee Shoppe, the Yacht Club, and Gilley’s. Looking forward to our next visit. ??????

Nightmare!!! We came into town to watch a concert at the sphere. We flew in right as the concert was starting and line was too long to check in so we decided to check in after concert. We called at 11pm to... let them know we were going to be checking in late possibly after midnight. Maybe that would have been a good time to warn us. We arrived at 2am and our room was not ready. We were put in queue with two other parties ahead of us. They could not give us any estimate of when our room would be ready. The front desk manager told us that this was not up to them and they could not do anything, completely blaming housekeeping and offering no resolution. She denied being overbooked but did not have any room available even for upsell. I don’t see how you could charge us for a room we were not even able to stay in. I’m so disappointed.

I was not happy with the room condition, and below are the details: - Seems like we got a room good for the disabled, which made us really disappointed as it was not comfortable. - The Internet was not co...nnected or was dropping a lot. - The bathroom door was not closing. - fewer and no option for free movies. - No polybags in dustbins.

The staff on check-in were not friendly at all. We booked a king room but there were none available so we were just put in a 2 queen room. The smell in the entire hotel is either of smoke or sewage, even i...n the non smoking rooms. We've visited vegas several times and this is definitely a 1st and last visit to Treasure Island. The room was super dark and dated and just not not pleasurable at all. We checked out for our last 2 days and booked an alternative strip hotel which is like night and day in comparison. I did advise the agent on check out and she had zero interest as to why. Save your money and stay elsewhere!!

The whole 4th floor smelt like sewer the entire time we stayed there. It was disgusting. Other then that the stay was good. Rooms were pretty clean, pool was nice. But the smell was just crazy. Overall oka...y experience. Would probably go elsewhere next time
