Less than last time, but still good

Although I still would recommend this hotel, my last experience in 2022 was much better than this time. This time the staff seemed less friendly and helpful than before. Upon arrival, the bathroom/bath tub was not cleaned and really dirty. It took them about 40 minutes to send someone to clean it for me. Also ice vending machine was not working which was solved by beverage credits after several calls. The rooms are spacious and get cleaned everyday which is good. The cleaning staff are very friendly! There are less bathroom accessories than before. According to the cleaning lady, it is because of budget cut due to MGM takeover. Glad they still offer a personal fridge in the room!

Cosmopolitan has a fantastic location in the middle of the strip, and in general is a fantastic hotel, with a really nice chilled out pool scene, and a lot of quirky areas to explore. Our room let it down sadly. Our shower temperature was very inconsistent, with scolding hot water on the cold meter, which then went ice cold and didn't then get warmer when you tried to turn the heat up. The TV also didn't work for the whole trip, with no channels showing. We didn't stay too long in the room, but these are all small issues. The main highlight was the amazing view
