Very small resort with little to do, buffet constantly cold and covered in flies, bland food most of the time and often actually very gross tasting. Room was old and run down. Almost got impaled by a loose... beach umbrella caught in a gust of wind and nothing was done. Can only book reservation at restaurants every 3 days. Few shady spots near pool. Nightclub is not a nightclub, it’s just karaoke with little seating. Overall a huge disappointment.

Snack bar personal did not fill water more than three times despite serving those around me and i believe it’s due to my tattoos cause she kept staring and looked so mad at me, avoided our table when we ne...eded water and i had to go get more myself for my partner and I. This was ongoing with that lady from the day she saw my tattoos until i left. Security also gave me an unsafe sugestión; i was walking, HE stopped me and asked if my snorkling gear meant i was going and he told me where to go. I got hurt in under 4 mins. I did not ask him, i was going to go to the safe part. HE STOPPED ME TO TELL ME THIS; He need more traning or needs to avoid bothering guests minding their own business , with unsafe opinions. I really don’t know if he wanted to play a joke on me or is bitter at guests and wanted to see me hurt; I bled nonstop 20 minutes, they have two trained staff so i had to wait another 30 minutes to get help. What a joke

The maintenance needs improvement but the staff was super nice and courteous. The rooms needs updates and repairs.

Overall the hotel is nice however they have to improve the food at The Buffet, The Grill and The Italian restaurants.

This resort is gorgeous. The room and view were amazing. Service was also top notch. Food quality and options could be better. The entertainment is almost nonexistent if you are looking for that. Over...all, this was a good resort and would return
