PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE,VIEW & EXPERIENCE

We got in late at night so wasn’t able to see much of the resort but was welcomed with open arms, we were helped at the reception area by Leisy, she was very helpful and thorough with all the accomodations... and explaining the resort to us, she absolutely made sure we were well taken care of and enjoyed every bit of our trip, with great recommendations of things to do, beaches to visit and restaurants to try and they did not disappoint!!! Beaches were breathtaking, food was delicious. Definitely if not for Leisy’s help our trip would of been ok but she definitely made it an extraordinary experience! Pool was phenomenal, Bar Imperial was great as well! Can’t wait to come back!
Mediocre resort.

The buildings are old and not well maintained. The food is less than mediocre and the service is slow. A confusing layout to the resort and not easy to get around. The staff is kind and tries their best. ...I would not choose this place on my own. It was part of a tour.
