Great hotel in a convenient location. It’s an easy walk to local office buildings. Plenty of restaurants close by. Rooms are spacious. A bit dated but comfortable. My only real complaint is they have remov...ed irons and ironing boards from the rooms. There are steamers instead. Steamers are great, but not for everything. I was counting on an iron to use on a shirt for the following morning. The steamer wouldn’t cut it. I called and was told there are no longer any irons anywhere. I didn’t have enough time to give out to the hotel’s laundry service. I actually had to go out and buy an iron! This is a major inconvenience. If you’re putting steamers in the rooms at least have some irons available for those who need them. Business travelers need irons.

I checked in at hotel and then went to eat at restaurant. Stephanie was amazing! She made experience at restaurant exceptional. Will be back to see Stephanie. She made our experience great. She took very g...ood care of us and truly can not thank her enough.

The Westin Bonaventure is a very nice hotel with a unique, iconic design and a great location in downtown LA. The staff was helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. That said, the property could us...e a bit of polish and some updates in certain areas to really match the elegance it aims for. It still has a lot of charm and character — just feels like it’s due for a refresh. One standout feature is the revolving lounge at the top — it’s fantastic and offers amazing views of the city. However, it really needs to serve more than just Chex Mix. Even the staff agreed that some actual snacks or light food options would go a long way in making the experience feel more complete. Overall, a solid stay and a good choice if you're looking for a recognizable hotel with convenient access to downtown LA.

This is a very comfortable place close to the metro and shopping. Everyone was so very kind to me. I would like to commend Candy in housekeeping who called me to make sure I had everything I needed since... she knew I would be there while. It had a fabulous view and is surprisingly cozy with places to hang out and several nice places to eat. Thank you Westin for a nice stay!

Well…. It’s 5 star hotel and beautiful inside… but the staffs are not smiling nor friendly… when I ask for water bottle they seemed not very happy to given … members can get free water bottle though.., fee...l like I was bagging…. Paying so much on stay and feel like a bagger… shame I will not going back here again It’s far from little Tokyo (20min walk) and no shops right around them. LA is a quite dead city… many homeless people….not very safe at night Even macys closed down now.
