When we arrived, we were greeted graciously within enthusiastic spirit by Ryan outside in the valet. He was extremely attentive. Had a great personality and showed us kindness throughout the whole process.... The valet was efficient, friendly, and friendly.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel to celebrate a birthday with two small children (1 and 3) and had a wonderful time. The family pool has the ideal setup for young children, specifically the walk in beach.... Staff was friendly and accommodating. Eddie in valet remembered our names after just one encounter, and had our car pulled up within minutes. Jordan at the front desk upgraded our room free of charge. Scarlet at surf hero was patient with our needy 3 year old letting him sample every flavor of gelato at the counter. And last, the small but mighty bell-woman, Molly, had great recommendations of the area and navigated the hall with two carts loaded with an ungodly amount of luggage and kids toys for just one night. Overall - 10/10 experience made memorable by the excellent staff and service.

Want the beach? This is the Hilton to stay at. It'll be pricey. It'll be wholesome. It'll be a great weekend. You can skip the small rooftop bar. The staff are well-trained and attentive. We loved the hote...l's decor and contemporary room design.

Rating: ???? (4/5) Our recent stay at the Hilton Waterfront Hotel was enjoyable, with a few things worth noting to help fellow travelers. Pros: • The staff were exceptional—welcoming, professional, and ...always ready to assist. • Check-in was smooth and stress-free. • Cabo Wabo Beach Club on-site was a highlight: excellent service, delicious food, and an atmosphere that made us feel like valued guests. • Room temperature control was easy, and noise insulation is solid—once the balcony door is closed, the room stays quiet for a restful sleep. Cons: • The ocean view comes with street noise, especially from loud motorcycles and custom cars. It’s the tradeoff for a great view. • Our suite had a few cosmetic flaws like minor dents and dings. • If you book a suite, be prepared to bring your own plates and utensils—only a small fridge is provided, no other kitchen supplies. • The valet service could use some work in terms of speed and organization.

I gave it 3 stars because at check in we were told we would receive $$30 daily credit for being diamond., but they only gave us $15. I called and left a message and they never returned the call. Valet was ...a 1 hour wait. I would think they would have separate Valet for arrival and departures.
